This Privacy Policy explains how Lumen Limitless LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards your information when you use our services or visit our website.

Services Covered

This policy applies to all Lumen Limitless LLC services, which are provided to businesses under a written service agreement. These include AI automation, custom AI agents, workflow automation, integrations, consulting, and ongoing support.

We operate a single SMS and MMS messaging program, described in detail in our SMS Communications Policy. It sends operational messages only, and only to contracted business clients. We do not operate any consumer messaging program.

Information We Collect

From Business Clients During Onboarding

  • Contact name — for account identification and communications
  • Business phone number — to send operational SMS and MMS messages, such as draft previews and service alerts
  • Business email address — for account correspondence and confirmations
  • Business name and address — for service setup and identification
  • Service configuration data — the account identifiers, credentials, and settings needed to operate the services you have contracted for
  • Service content — the business data we process to deliver your contracted services, used solely for that purpose

From Website Visitors

  • Name, business name, and email address — when you submit a form to request information or a quote
  • Phone number (optional) — if you choose to provide one so we can follow up by phone. Numbers submitted through website forms are never enrolled in our SMS program.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

  • Deliver the services set out in your service agreement
  • Send operational SMS and MMS messages, including content draft previews for your approval, scheduling confirmations, and service alerts
  • Act on your behalf only where you have approved a specific action
  • Maintain records of notification delivery and response activity
  • Respond to support requests and account inquiries
  • Comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing profiling, or any purpose unrelated to the service you signed up for.

SMS / Text Messaging — Data Sharing and Consent

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

All text messaging originator opt-in data and consent information is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third parties.

This applies to the single SMS and MMS program operated by Lumen Limitless LLC.

Opt-In Method

The only way to opt in is by executing a Service Order or Service Agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC, which includes express written consent to receive operational messages at the business number provided. There is no keyword opt-in and no public web form that enrolls anyone in text messages. Phone numbers submitted through website forms are used only for direct follow-up and are never enrolled in our SMS program.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on your use of our services and the volume of work in progress under your agreement. Most clients receive approximately 0–20 messages per month.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message to immediately opt out. You will receive one final confirmation. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START or UNSTOP. Opting out does not terminate or alter your service agreement; we will deliver the same notifications by email instead.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use trusted third-party processors to operate our services (listed below). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of Lumen Limitless LLC or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you in advance.

We never share your SMS opt-in consent or mobile phone number with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate our platforms:

Data Retention

  • Client account data: Duration of active service agreement + 1 year after termination
  • Service activity logs: Duration of active service agreement + 1 year
  • SMS delivery logs: 90 days
  • SMS consent records: Retained for the duration of the service agreement and for at least 4 years after opt-out, as required for regulatory compliance
  • Website inquiry data: 90 days, or until removal is requested

After the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including:

  • Encrypted data storage (AES-256 at rest)
  • Encrypted data transmission (TLS in transit)
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
  • Regular security reviews of our systems and third-party providers

No system is 100% secure. If a breach occurs that affects your rights, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate or incomplete information
  • Delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP
  • Withdraw consent for data processing where consent is the legal basis

Children's Privacy
