Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By entering into a service agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our SMS Communications Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Lumen Limitless LLC

Lumen Limitless LLC ("Lumen Limitless," "we," "us," or "our") is a Wyoming limited liability company operating from Rochester, NY. We provide AI-powered automation services to businesses, including custom AI agents, workflow automation, AI consulting, and integration and support services.

3. SMS and MMS Communications

We send SMS and MMS messages exclusively to business clients who have signed a written service agreement with us that includes express consent to receive them. We do not operate any consumer messaging program, we do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never message purchased lists.

3A. Opt-In Method

The only way to opt in is by executing a Service Order or Service Agreement with Lumen Limitless LLC. By signing, an authorized representative of your business expressly consents to receive automated operational SMS and MMS messages at the business phone number provided in that agreement. There is no keyword opt-in and no public web form that enrolls anyone in text messages.

3B. Message Types

All messages are operational and relate to the services you have contracted for. They include:

  • Content draft previews sent to you for review and approval
  • Scheduling and booking confirmations
  • Service alerts and operational status notifications

Where a message asks you to approve a draft, you may reply to approve it, request changes, or decline. We will not publish or act on your behalf without your approval.

3C. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your use of our services and the volume of work in progress under your agreement. Most clients receive approximately 0–20 messages per month.

4. Eligibility

Our services are offered to businesses only. By signing a service agreement, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are authorized to enter into the agreement on behalf of your business
  • The phone number you provide is a business number you are authorized to use and to receive messages at

5. Consent

By signing a service agreement, you expressly consent to receive automated SMS and MMS messages at the phone number provided. This may include messages sent using an automated system. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out of text messages does not terminate or alter your service agreement. If you opt out, we will deliver the same operational notifications by email instead.

6. Opting Out (STOP)

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by:

  • Replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message from us
  • Contacting us directly at info@lumenlimitless.com and requesting removal

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again by replying START or UNSTOP, or by requesting re-enrollment in writing.

Our SMS notifications are provided as part of a broader service engagement. SMS delivery itself is free from our side; however, message and data rates may applybased on your mobile carrier plan. Contact your carrier if you are unsure about your plan's terms.

9. Supported Carriers

Our services support all major US mobile carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier participation may change without notice.

10. No Marketing Messages

We will never send marketing, promotional, or unsolicited advertising messages via SMS. All messages are strictly operational and related to the services you have contracted for.

11. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate contact information and to notify us if your phone number changes. Lumen Limitless LLC is not responsible for missed notifications due to inaccurate or outdated contact information.

12. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free message delivery
  • Delivery within a specific timeframe
  • That any third-party platform action will always succeed, as this is subject to that platform's API availability

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumen Limitless LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Missed notifications or delivery delays
  • Carrier or technical failures
  • Actions taken or not taken based on automated recommendations or drafts we provide

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lumen Limitless LLC for the applicable service in the prior 30 days.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time. We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
