Lumen Limitless LLC sends SMS and MMS messages exclusively to business clients who have signed a written service agreement that includes express consent to receive them. These messages are operational in nature: content draft previews for approval, scheduling confirmations, and service alerts related to contracted services. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages, and we never message consumers or purchased lists.

Message frequency varies based on your use of our services; most clients receive approximately 0–20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Opt out at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message. You will receive one final confirmation and nothing further. To opt back in, reply START or UNSTOP. Get help by replying HELP or emailing info@lumenlimitless.com.

Opting out of text messages does not terminate or alter your service agreement. If you opt out, we will deliver the same operational notifications by email instead.

Phone numbers and consent records are collected solely through our client onboarding process. There is no keyword opt-in and no public web form that enrolls anyone in text messages; phone numbers submitted through forms on this website are used only for direct follow-up and are never enrolled in our SMS program. We do not sell or share phone numbers or opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Consent Language — Service Agreement Excerpt

The following clause appears in every Lumen Limitless LLC client service agreement and is agreed to by the client’s authorized representative at signing, alongside collection of the client’s mobile phone number:

“SMS/MMS Communications Consent. Client consents to receive SMS and MMS messages from Provider at the mobile number provided by Client, for operational purposes related to the Services, including content draft previews and approvals, scheduling confirmations, and service alerts. Message frequency varies with Client’s use of the Services; most clients receive approximately 0–20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Client may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message; opting out does not terminate or alter this Agreement, and Provider will deliver the same notifications by email instead. Reply HELP or contact info@lumenlimitless.com for assistance. Provider’s SMS Communications Policy is published at lumenlimitless.com/sms-consent, Terms of Service at lumenlimitless.com/terms, and Privacy Policy at lumenlimitless.com/privacy.”

Signed copies of executed agreements are retained by Lumen Limitless LLC as records of consent and are available to carriers or regulators upon lawful request.
